Service Description

This course is designed to help cover many of the "special" classes in elementary school so you can focus on language arts and math at home. Class 1: Earth Science with Geography Travel the world with the Sassafras twins as our guide to learn Earth Science! Cover two subjects in one class. Each week students will learn one science concept in Botany along with its corresponding Geography. We will be following along with the Sassafras Science audio book which includes some aspects of reading comprehension. Work will be sent home for optional, additional learning. Class 2: Literature with History Make literature come to life by reading books and studying the time period along with them! Practice two subjects in one class. Each month we will study one novel and do one History project in conjunction with the lesson. Optional assignments given for further study at home. This class will meet for at least 18 sessions of class time plus optional field trips for both semesters of the 2022-2023 school year. A supply fee including an books and materials will be due the first day of class.
